A two-year licence for Employers
The minimum licence period is two years. This allows you to show the film to your employees: via your intranet, at meetings and in presentations.

Changes in legislation will mean we need to update the film. The cost of this is included in your licence.
How we deliver the film
We’ll send you a disc with video files (.MOV,.WMV)* that you can upload onto your intranet or embed into presentations. If you choose the generic film, we will send this within 7 days of receiving payment. If you choose a simple tailored version, we’ll send it within 28 days of agreeing on the wording for the script and slides. Find out more about a tailored version.

The licence fee allows you to show the film and includes the cost of the video files above. It does not cover the cost of the physical items; DVDs, posters and booklets. These are costed separately.E

An order of 200 booklets would work out at 100 x £2.50 + 100 x £1.50 = £400
